  The employees spend more time locking/babysitting the door than serving customers (inside & outside) who have been waiting to be served. I tried to wait to be served but lost patience, I left along with other customers. There are only 2 employees working here smh crazy. Not a good practice for business...

  The sandwich maker had attitude when I asked her to correct her mistakes. I’ve worked for Dunkin and I know personally it’s not hard. I blame the manager and supervisors for not properly training or supervising the employees. 5 months later and the supervisor or manager made this lovely patchy thing

  The employees and manager at this location are incredibly patient and helpful. I have seen them deal with very unreasonable and down right rude customers, yet they still manage to keep their cool, and they never take it out on the other customers. Also, I have very specific tastes and always come up with different combos, but they always make my drink delicious and it comes out exactly how I imagined it would taste. Sometimes the customers are a tad undesirable, but I visit this location because of the staff. Keep up the good work.

  Sometimes it's not what you do, it's how you do it that makes the difference and at this Dunkin donuts this surly the case. They just put that extra care for details like the sensitivity always fast and accurate, toasted not burned. Cream cheese spread, not cream cheese globed..... Keep u the great job guys see you in the morning.

  I would've given them 4 stars because my coffee is always on point; but whenever I order 2 snack wraps they always charge me for one like I only ordered one. Starting to think this isn't a coincidence. Either the cashier lady thinks I'm fat or she can't hear. It's getting annoying.
