  The issue that I continuously run into is that my order is usually off. Most time it’s the taste of the beverage such as the lemonade being extremely concentrated or that when I request for something specific such as almond milk and they don’t put it in.

  Pretty consistent with their drinks. Big problem with D&D is every place is not consistent in their coffee taste, either its too weak, medium or right on par. So far, this place has been ok.

  I enjoy DD coffee and it's goodies. But I have to say that this DAD lacks customer service. About 90% of the time the staff gets my order wrong. I live less than 3 min away and don't visit as much. It's a shame. Now today I went in and got some iced coffee and a croissant. Service was decent, but... Look at the picture. Do you notice the metal piece in the croissant?!? I'm glad I noticed before I finished my breakfast. 😡
