  Walked out before being taken care of. The staff was more worried about the bagel left there then taking care of us. & the shift manager was only worried about barely mopping with her headphones in. Especially when I told her the same order of ice tea 3x. My limit was reached when the guy from the drive thru came in with a bad order.. not worth the frustration over an ice tea.

  RUDE. DIRTY. SLOW. This is the worst DD I have ever been to. Staff is so rude. They mess up orders every single time. They are so slow. I’ve come here several times because it’s the closest one to me but never again. Today I stood at the register waiting to order. I was he only one in the store. It took 7 minutes to be acknowledged and only after I asked if someone could take my order. Even then the staff at the front had a terrible attitude. They filled 3 drive thru orders before they got to my single order of a bagel with cream cheese. As I was waiting 13 minutes for a bagel I noticed a girl handling food with gloves but touching everything else with the same gloves, money, appliances, her hair, her face, another person. It was gross. I didn’t want my order after that. When I order from the drive thru they always forget something and I have to go inside. There is another DD by Valley High School and another by the entrance to rt46 and rt80. Never had this experience there. Will go there from now on.

  Oh my God its ludicrious some days they fast and other days its crazy. I went in there and was in there from 7:05 to 7:15 yes days they are so slow sometimes its two people working,i feel that drive thru is the problem.

  Super rude staff. I had to go around twice to get someone to even respond to me at the drive through, and when they actually did respond, it was with an attitude.

  Changed the menu. Dropped the chicken sandwiches and the only one with Turkey coldcut is gone too. Expanded i can see , but this is a fail. Don't expect workers there to speak English. 3 times i said i wanted the Ham/Egg/Cheese sandwich. Didn't get it. Won't return.
