  Had a roach in my macchiato this morning. It must have been in the caramel syrup.

  They charge for almond milk! If I'm lactose intolerant and I'm not getting a macchiato why am I paying for almond milk??? Most other dunkin donuts don't charge and I refuse to get coffee from this dunkin and the other one by McDonalds.The language barrier is another issue as well.

  They have really delicious coffee that is very sweet. A latte goes great with a donut too.

  Food is classic dunks but the two employees didn't speak good English and it took a few tries to get my order right. Also didn't have bagels when I went but it was before they officially opened so can't fault them there.

  Cool...à hot drink before commuter rail ride. Good customer service.
