  I ordered a plain bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese on it. What I received was ridiculous! I was given a plain bagel BURNT all around the edges of the bagel! To top it they didn't feel like putting on the cream cheese 😡

  I just went there 5 minutes ago (it's Tuesday, 7.38 pm,20th of September, 2016) to get a Sweet tea with peach flavor. Server asked if I wanted lemon. I said no. Then she tipped herself by not giving me the change and then handed me an unsweetened tea with a slice of lemon.

  I'm at this Duncan right now. They close in 6 hours. They have no donuts and are done for the night. Wtf?!? It's in your name and you don't have it nor will you have it for 6 hours? What are you going to sell? It's your namesake for god's sake!
