  There are a number of reasons that I don't frequent places like Dunkin'. Most reasons revolve around dietary issues. Since I had a few extra minutes and a $5 gift card, I decided to skip the DD in the bus terminal. I walked to the one on the corner of Main St and John St and ordered what I thought was going to be a hot Chai tea not knowing that in this case, latte immediately meant espresso. The communication at this location wasn't that good. I had to repeat my order and I had to ask why the cashier who also made my order just left my unfinished drink sitting at the machine to go and take orders from the people in line. From what I overheard of the staff members' conversations made it seem like they weren't setup for success and that's too bad. The drink was delicious but since it was more coffee than tea I couldn't finish it.

  Service was quick but I miss the variety of doughnuts and muffins

  This morning went inside to get a coffee and the cashier told me to go through drive thru. I went through drive thru and I see people walking out with their orders. Mind you there was no one in line. I had 5 cars ahead of me. Asked the drive thru they said yes its open. Wasted time going back and forth.

  I visited this Dunkin Donuts and was so surprise at the level of customer service provided by Michelle. I am use to D&Ds messing up my orders and too busy to acknowledge me, just my order. This lady was the only person working and she was holla hooping while interacting with all the customers in a friendly enjoyable way. I hope D&D appreciates her otherwise she is wasting her talent.
