  I LOVE custom Cafe Latte with Extra Shot(s), small sized Hot Macchiato with whole milk no suger with sweets of the day and or nite ! my main coffee in Amerika when I can not make myself. ESSPRESSO is bity, smooth and rich at same time always. I realize each Dunkin’ makes slightly different depends on who is making and this man at Harvard Sq brunch is awesome coffee maker with my specific requests. Each brunch has different water, water pipes and workers, so as I am extra picky when it comes about coffee, I even take bus to enjoy the best possible. he knows what he is doing. find your favorite coffee experts in your life circle ！

  If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. It’s been 2 days and the situation has only escalated. At this point, I’ll never come back & I suggest no one comes to this location. They argue with customers over mistakes on their part and short change you on refunds. Absolutely unacceptable.

  The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the women who work here and one younger man works here that are very nice and get the job done. But there’s always a problem, it took 30 minutes for the line and my order to be completed. I wanted to pay cash but was told I could not, there was no sign stating that cash was not an option. This store is so inconsistent but it’s the closest on to my job.

  The service here is slow and frustrating. If you want to eat/drink here, order online to ensure you won’t have to wait in a large line to order (and even longer to actually get your order).

  ORDERED 10 DONUT HOLES AND THEY ONLY GAVE 7!! Also pretty sub par iced coffee and donuts :/ Wanted to try the Boston cream, and it was alright... you can tell the donuts aren’t too fresh and the iced coffee seemed liked it was watered down. Second picture is the three donuts I could have had :((((((
