  Drive thru was fast enough, Ive had better quality sandwiches and frozen drinks from this location. Food quality varies at this location.

  Had great experiences here until I was overcharged by $5 on a coupon that was supposed to be applied automatically when paying via the app (but there's no way of knowing it won't work until you pay!) The manager tried offering a free donut to make up the difference but that wasn't acceptable for the $5 shortage, so they said to go through online customer service. Online customer forwarded the issue back to the store manager, who hasn't even bothered to contact me for a resolution. There's plenty of other DD's nearby so I recommend one of those where you won't get shorted.

  and enjoy Dunkin's new drinks, coffee, espresso, breakfast sandwiches, and more! The staff is very helpful, my daily chai tea gets me going.

  The competition for worst DD in Howard County is stiff. However, this one leads the pack. The Wifi doesn't work, the restroom is closed, the young clerk who helped me acted like it was there very last thing in the world she wanted to do, and it tends to close fairly early. I'd say go here as a last resort when you can't get DD coffee and/or food elsewhere.
