::This place used to be my secret hideaway bc the girls who worked there were so good they knew your drink when you walked in. Now the staff is disconnected and barely talk 🙄 but ok to go if you know how to make it and give them exact details. It's still a favorite when I don't want a line.

::Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Three times I have tried to patronize this location (because of their proximity to my job) and never have they been able to fulfill my order. I couldn't get an iced coffee on my first visit; no frozen chocolate on my second; and no decaf hot coffee on my third. In all cases, the clerks indicated they didn't have any of those items available. I have communicated my frustration to corporate Dunkin Donuts, but nothing improves. My visits are always in the afternoon, but that is no reason not to have regular drink items available. If you don't want to do business, then close your location.

::Went in and there's completely different people than usual working there so it explains the plummet in service. Ordered a sandwich and the cashier read back my order correctly. I guess the sandwich maker didn't care to read her screen because I was given something completely different. Dunkin has run it's course.
