::I typically love my coffee from Dunkin’s higher end competitor but this day I was in the mood for Dunkin. This visit was a game changer. The staff was exceptional specifically the cashier Adam Who helped me decide on what to order and even made a small sample for me. The staff at this Dunkin made a huge difference, they were patient and they catered to the customers. Thank you for such a delightful experience.

::I vowed to never buy Dunkin again in my lifetime. A friend wanted to go in. We went. The service was AWESOME. Coffee was great. Showed me that in urban neighborhoods the DD owners truly don't care about its customers. I had to go to NJ to get great DD service

::Great looking Dunkin’ Donuts, great location. Horrible management. I’ve been here twice first time I ordered a Charlie and what I got was not a Charlie to say the least. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato, I waited over 15 minutes to get my drink, after multiple customers whom came after me got their cold drinks before me, I asked one of the workers or manager in the front about my order and they basically told me to wait. Customer service and Training needs improvement for sure.

::I went to drop a prescription off then get coffee and my car was towed in 10 minutes the place had a full voicemail and the owner has a new car parked outside and wouldn’t answer the door. There were roaches in the place and I think I was poisoned I’m filing a lawsuit

::This is one of the first Dunkins to provide the mobile pick up and new layout. It’s a roomy dunkin with excellent parking for quick in and out. The Baskin Robbins as with any location has to be the worst ice cream ever, the ice cream always has a weird taste like it’s been in the fridge for ages. The cakes are good for quick last minute need.
