  I'm Indian and this establishment is run by indians by far the worst Dunkin Donuts. Asked for light and sweet with oat milk and they give me dark and bitter. Then this old stupid Gujarati lady with her bindi on has the nerve to show attitude when I go in to get it fixed. Take AWAY THERE ABILITY TO OWN THIS FRANCHISE

  One poor lady left to manage the counter the morning I was there. She was overwhelmed. Gave me the wrong order for my coffee, and did the same for the lady ahead of me too. I asked for hot coffee with milk only. I left with some kind of pumpkin spice iced coffee. I saw how she was struggling and just didn't mention anything about my order being wrong.

  Cold meat patty Cold brick slice of cheese When asked why they gave me that horrible sandwich they said I have to “ask for the cheese melted “ but it’s the meat that was colder than the cheese. I’ve had several wack experiences here. This one is the ultimate worse experience.

  This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I hate to write a bad review but this is ridiculous at this point. I would say 1 out of every 7 times I’m satisfied with this place. They have a habit of making your order the way they feel like making it, rather than making it the way the customer asks for it. You literally have to WATCH them make it and guide them every step of the way.

  I was going to eat an egg and cheese sandwich, but first I needed to use the restrooom. For my surprise, there was a sign in each bathroom that says, "out of order". So I left, and ate somewhere else, where there are bathrooms available and used them. You lost a customer, there is no way that the two bathrooms are broken, am sure they are lying. You have to take into account that some people travels (there is a light rail station just across the street) and are hungry and needs to use the restrooms. Am not going to eat in a place where they deny the use of the bathroom, am not gonna eat and holding it.
