::Coffee was cold. Wouldn't even give a don't cheap company

::Placed my online order at 1:30 for coffee and an avocado toast. At 1:45, they finally put my tepid coffee on the counter with the avocado toast nowhere to be seen. After another minute, I demurely askd for the status of my toast, only to be sharply, rebuked for ordering food when the cook had already left for the day. After some back-and-forth, I got a refund. Had I not spoken up, it is obvious I would have stood there indefinitely.

::Went to get a coffee and the line wasn’t that bad (10 or so people in front of me). Took FORTY minutes to reach the cashier, and they ended up making me the wrong drink too.

::i always use the app to order, the place moves very quickly for the amount of traffic they get. some days are slower than others but that’s how it works with high volume days, they can’t make the place any bigger and can only have so many people behind the counter. one of my favorite dunks in the city.

::Where do I even begin? I don't ever review anything, but this DD was so terrible that it's bringing me to do this. I'm currently eating (not enjoying) the worst ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel that I've ever had. The bread is so stale that I could actually chip a god damn tooth on in. That's literally the only thing you can possibly screw up, and they somehow managed to screw it up. I could go on and on about the food, but that's only a small part of my problem. The service was was so terrible, I actually thought the staff was messing with me. I literally thought they were acting that slow and lackadaisical as a joke. But no, they were just that lazy and really didn't give a flying f**k. The line behind me of medical professionals and city workers was out the door. The woman behind the counter just did not give two sh**s. I don't even know what else to say or how to articulate the rest of my experience. There was a spilled drink on the floor the entire time I was there. God only knows how long it was actually there for. The place was filthy and reeked of stale fecal matter. I could complain all day, and go on and on, but the fact of the matter is DO NOT GO THERE.
