  I tried to order something this afternoon at the drive through and the person on the intercom (deep voice) did not understand how to make my drink and blamed it on me. I said it's OK I'll just go somewhere else, and he said "OK. Go somewhere else." Very rude.

  Order receipt is not provided from employees. Items are being overcharged. Food quality is not good and employees are forgetting and missing items in order. Cappuccino coffee didn't have requested amount of sugar and I believe overall experience is just terrible. One of the worst locations of dunkin in Arlington area.

  They hired a bunch of new employees and non of them know how to make a cappuccino. Dunkin’ cappuccino is my favorite but some of their staff don’t know how to make cappuccino. This morning I went for my cappuccino and paid twice but they messed it up.

  Great customer experience, the young guys offer us ice water. We had tasty pumpkin spice latte It’s the Halloween season, get your pumpkin spice and enjoy it 😁

  If you're coming in the afternoon or late morning you shouldn't have any issues but if you come in the morning then this isn't the place for you. The drive thru order taker literally said "what are you waiting for" and they generally acted like they were irritated just because you're there to order. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the afternoon staff is great. This isn't an understaffed issue as they were putting orders out quickly but somehow couldn't find ours which just added to the poor experience.
