  If you want friendly service ask for Denise! Her professionalism and kindness should be the standard. Everyone i’ve interacted with is unprofessional and disorganized. Also they have problems not filling up the drinks all the way.

  Absolute worst service! I ask every single day for extra oatmilk and pay 1.50 for oatmilk and NEVER receive what I ask for… I always have to go to the window and get into an argument over milk. IM PAYING 1.50 FOR OATMILK I SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE AS MUCH AS I WANT OF IT! ITS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE WHOLE COFFEE!! IS IT COMING OUT OF YUR PAYCHECK OR SOMETHING? When you ask for extra of something and you’re paying for it, you should receive it. PERIOD.

  I give this place a 5 stars and for one awesome person, her name is Denise. I am a tire tech from Cassidy tire & service and I stopped by for my morning coffee at 5 a.m today and I wanted to go threw the drive threw but I couldn't due to my company truck being to large but when a lot of other people would have just told me sorry and better luck next, Denise said otherwise and did something great which was over and beyond great customer service. Denise told me not to go no where and unlocked the store doors for me just for she can make sure I got my morning cup of coffee I was so happy and she was soooooo nice and helpful and me with my order. Now I have a fresh cup of delicious hot coffee with a side of donuts to start my day right and it's all because of one person and her name is Denise, thanks to her now I'm going to have a great start to work. THANKS AGAIN DENISE you are AMAZING.

  [ ENTITLED RUDE TEENAGERS, NO STOCKED ITEMS ] I usually stop at this location for my morning/afternoon rush to work. Upon arriving at the drive through I clearly and concisely put in my order. To only have to repeat my order with annoyed tone of a female associate. Arriving to the window. No Eye contact with a deameaning tone. She shoved the card and beverage back into my hand. The bag crumpled furthering her utter disgust. The donut received was incorrect. Without a doubt out of spite. Young Asian Female with blond hair. Just to call her out. DD hiring entitled teenagers at locations with no positive work ethic. And a clear dislike of her job. As a fellow asian who has received Asian Hate in light of world events. I deem it wise to not perpetuate hostility or ignorance. DD do better. I wont be returning to this location. Nor reccomend to anyone. I will provide a picture of the wrong item and crumpled bag as proof. If you want out of stock menu items and disgusting customer service, this location is for you. And thank you for the willful incompetence of this Asian Girl with Blond hair. Please go find yourself employment that doesn't entail customer service, or any employment in the Hospitality sector.   Actually pretty disappointed. My husband went their to get me a large hot matcha latte. My drink was missing most of the liquid before I even got to drink it. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I will no longer be getting Dunkin’ from this location.
