::The lady taking our order for the drive thru was very rude. My 8 yr old grandson took a bit to order 6 donuts and we were told we could not order donuts using the drive thru. When I said that I guess she does not want my business she said "you're right" and closed her window. I always go to the DD on ft 109 and We'll wood Ave and the people there are so great with the children.

::This is the worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I have visited this location numerous times in hope it would get better. Unfortunately it is worse. I have to wait on the intercom with no one in front of me for 5 minutes then they never get my order correct. They don’t listen or understand. When I drive up to pay I get half of my order and always have to check if it is missing something which it always missing something. Worst store ever not worth the time to go there don’t recommend to anyone

::0 stars tried ordering at the drive through waited to be acknowledged for about 5 minutes then finally I said “hello” and someone answered. Placed my order for a tea with almond milk steamed the person stated “ it messes up our machine to steam the milk” this is absurd! I’ve ordered this beverage at other d&d location with no issues. Such lazy and incompetent staff. I’m taking my business else where where my hard earned money is appreciated. The owner of this specific franchise location needs to re-evaluate his employees. Professionalism, courtesy and compassion goes a long way!

::Nice clean store... the manager is always eager to help and will resolve any issues.. there are new staff mixed with old and they always come and go as they are mostly young adults that go to school... so depending on the time of day and the learning curve experiences may differ but the improvements from the old shop to this one are huge... so don’t throw the baby out with the bath water..

::Cashier was fine this morning, didn't seem to know much about the menu when I asked a question about a specific drink. He did try to make sure the order was correct, however it didn't come out correct. The "team" wasn't really working together. When I asked for part of my order to someone who wasn't doing anything they told me to ask "her" and pointed to 4 girls because "it [wasn't her] job". Then when I finally got to get the rest of my order, they didn't even know the names of their own donuts and put the frosted donuts upside down in the bag.
