  Barista couldn’t figure out how to make a basic unaltered drink on their menu. I just left. Terrible quality store.

  There is a woman name Crystal and she is EXTREMLY rude, her attitude is beyond garbage. She is never pleasant and I avoid going because of her and her attitude. Lord forbid you have to ask her for anything the annoyance is written all over her cara de caca.. (s#!t face). DD do better with your employees. Maybe she needs a refresher class on customer service adequate.

  Only one person working. No air conditioning. Quick service but iced tea didn't taste very good.

  Check out the new improved DD. So I'm guessing the brand is doing one of those regular general appearance and branding updat This spot has gotten so so much better. I gotta say the changes they've made are greatly appreciated. - Security (thank good) - Better Lighting (a world of a difference) - Larger Display Glass (looks delicious) -LCD monitors everywhere (easy on the eyes) - CLEANER! (the visibility upgrade encouraged more janitorial effort?) If you haven't stopped by to grab an OG Carmel Latte in a while; hold the venti, grande, and snobbery, you should give the one on Adams a look. There's still work to be done as far as professionalism but . . . This Dunkin' Donuts is going places! Right into my gps between for some overnight cramming and 'spresso.
