  By far the worst experience ever, customer service at its worst, the only place you could go to spent your money and get screamed at by the manager/owner for his poor service.

  This place turned from worst to the best because of Tai. She's been nothing but helpful and goes above and beyond each and every time for every customer. Now I can't say the same about the managerial staff that all they do is talk inappropriately about customers in Spanish not knowing that one can understand. That is not only unacceptable but unprofessional. I would have rated this place a 1 star if it weren't for Tai's outstanding service.

  The stay need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Every time you order they always get it wrong. And some of the ladies that work there are very rude and unprofessional

  Stopped in for coffee, bagels and a dozen donuts this morning. The woman staffing the counter was so pleasant and kind and she also assembled everything I wanted quickly. A man who I believe is either the owner or manager went out of his way to help myself and my daughter with our purchases. Coming out from behind the counter to make sure everything was stable for transport, even held the door for us. A great experience. Thank you!

  Very disappointed. Ruined my sandwich. Looks like it fell on the floor. Just threw out because I was already a ways out
