::Really horrible service… over 35 minutes for one wake up wrap

::The worst service ever, this is the 3 time i had to wait for more than 10 minutes. The 4 people who working inside are completely clueless, they need to be trained first. An order of a coffee and a toasted bagel should not take more than 5 minutes to be prepared and not 20 minutes. Dunking donuts need to mandate costumer service training for their employees. This is unacceptable.

::Terrible, terrible, terrible experience for the past few weeks at this location; today was the worst by far - after waiting in line for 15 minutes I ordered large ice coffee, extra cream, 3 sugar while 3 workers completely ignored the line & filled up the ice & did "busy work" like making sure all of the stickers were straight as they printed out - finally asked for my coffee which had been order now 10 minutes ago (so now in this location for 25 minutes) to be told in an extremely rude manner "we have no cream, and we have no milk". I asked for a refund to be put back on my card and I was again rudely told to put my card in machine for refund (which I did). It is now 5 hours later and still no refund on my card, but the original charge of $4.21 is still there. I will walk an extra 4 blocks to another location before ever setting foot in here again. ::Mornings: Place is a disaster. Not once have I walked in and not waited 12 mins or more. Now imagine waiting another 10 mins because they got your order wrong the first time. Afternoons: Although its dead in there, if you place a mobile order, it still wont be ready in 10 mins. I walk in and the girl is on her phone. I ask about my VERY SIMPLE food order that is not ready yet, she put her finger up and finished her private phone call, and said "oh i didnt see an order", its clearly on the screen on the wall as a pending order, then she slowly starts making your food. This happens everyday, EVERY DAY, she makes me late on my lunch break. WHY DEAR GOD WHY.

::It's a Dunkin. Hot and cold coffee and food. But- they recently remodeled and use Paper Cups!
