  If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't bother placing a special order for a cake here, they won't have it. This has happened twice. The customer service was pathetic. No sense of customer service, no professionalism, no accountability. You would expect a special order placed ahead Absolutely terrible.

  This is your average Dunkin location. It's clean and the donuts are very fresh. The only thing I didn't love, is when asking if they had chocolate milk for my son (because there were none left in the cooler), the cashier looked annoyed, went to look in a different refrigerator and then just said "no" like I had completely inconvenienced her. Maybe she was having a bad morning or was just stressed because it was busy that morning, I'm not sure. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and will visit again when I'm in the area though because their donuts were fresh and tasted great, and the cleanliness was excellent.

  The problem with this location if you’re parked in the lot already and you have cars coming in from Cicero and Cermak and the lines are out to the street. How do people come in the park and leave this location and pick up food? You gotta have a one-way in one way out especially if he’s busy intersection.

  Simply because they still make their own doughnuts rather than having them supplied, which is awesome, is why I adore this Dunkin' Donuts. As a result of its proximity to the pink line train station, the population is primarily Hispanic. The city's residents as well as visitors are quite diversified.

  I'm a loyal customer and the workers are very polite. I always order an ice coffee and I literally drink the sugar because it's not completely mixed in. If it was fully dissolved I would be more satisfied. That's why I give 4 stars but overall the customer service is great :-)
