  Ordered a Caramel macchiato, they gave me a original macchiato. When I asked if it was caramel they said yes rudely. It was a simple request nothing fancy and somehow still tasted like i had just bought milk.

  I Placed an order first week of March 2023 thru a delivery service app. In National City E. Plaza blvd. Followed the Donkin website in ordering a dozen & Munchie' -bite-size The donuts were delivered on time at American Legion Post # 255 Yes, the guest liked the donuts, we're gone quickly, glad they were enjoined. Thank you Donkin donuts & delivery app services it offers to the community. Hope in the future there can be special instruction customer can ask to order or add more alternatives like yum yum donuts, Krispy cream donuts Other than that both Services were excellent. From being out of this county area. I was very impressed, the app didn't have a glitch! It processed thru. Donkin Donuts has various delivery apps to choose from when ordering, give it a try. Til next time

  Went in the drive-thru and ordered some breakfast sandwiches. The employee told me to move forward to the corner and he’ll bring out my order right away. There was a line building up slowly and I’m waiting at the corner. My order still not ready and the behind cars are beeping at me. First off, I was told to wait in the corner. Secondly, there’s no specified area to wait at. I had to go all the out of the drive-thru to wait at the other side of the building. And I had to turn around since waiting at that other corner was where oncoming traffic was. There needs to be a designated area. Otherwise I would’ve waited at the drive thru corner until my order was ready regardless if the people behind me were already done. Being told to wait in the corner can cause accident especially when there’s very little to no space to even wait at. Employees should know where to tell the customers to wait at specifically or tell them to park in the lot by the door. Honestly, that’s already a bad spot to have a drive-thru. Dunkin’ needs to hire more professional employees and not just some teenagers or very young adults.

  Placed an order ahead of time while on a trip, and it was ready when I arrived. Wait: There was no wait in the drive-thru, but it was still fairly early, so I wouldn't know how it'd be later in the day. Price: I have the app and only paid $5.49 in total for a medium frozen coffee mocha with a bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich for free. Great deal. Service: Really nice and polite. Quick to the point, too. I'm fine with short transactions, so this was great. Taste: Wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad. I'm not much of a coffee person, but what I really look for is when the coffee isn't overly sweet like Starbucks. All in all, I was definitely happy with my drink. Might have to try those refreshers next. The sandwich was meh. Wouldn't get it again. The eggs were weirdly mushy(?) Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick, cheap visit. Excited to go again.

  I'm a fan of another donut pad closer to my home, but decided, hey I'm gonna take a ride with my daughters for a snack there. It's been a good 2 years since my last visit (I think). Goodness, do you like Iced Matcha??? It was Perfect. Truly Matcha and not loaded down with sugar. Plz if you like Matcha, try it here before going to a boba place. Boba by the way is really caloric (or so I heard).🤣😂. Anyways, my daughter got the Brown sugar oat milk latte (iced). She rates it a 10 out of 10 and said if she could, she would drink it like every day. Wow. Well, someone in my fam took a big bite of my Boston Creme Chocolate donut. Where's the cream? Guess ya gotta take a bigger bite! As for the raspberry filled, yep it's sweet alright!
