::This used to be the best Dunkin in the area, but now it's the worst. They need better/more people working there. The lady making the food misses half the orders that come in, and then makes them incorrectly.

::Ive never been a big fan of Dunkin Doughnuts, well that was just changed. How you may ask. There is a true humanitarian by the name of Kassie. When walking by the resturant they were giving away a new product called frozen coffee. Now she helped a blind man across the street. Then i said i had to come in they have amazing flavors in their frozen coffees. This wonderful DD is managed by Mariana. The cleanliness alone will bring you in. Then the customer svc is beyond any you think you would find in Chicago. Go team Go. So you must come by and give them a shout tell them Tracy sent you.
