::Dunkin location in Omni/CNN building food court was closed when I got there at 10:00AM. Spoke with the security guard who told me it’s been closed for the past 2 years since the pandemic started. They had no trouble taking my order online, though…now what? I guess I’ll walk to the next nearest location to see if they can help me?

::The lady taking the orders for drive through this morning kept talking over me. She basically ordered for me and because she wasn't actually listening I didn't get the other item I was trying to order. After waiting 20 minutes in line I wasn't going to wait again.

::The quality of the coffee and espresso are always good, but service is questionable after 5pm or 6pm. Staff will disappear in the back with customers waiting up front, staff will leave the restaurant altogether and be out of sight for 5 or 10 minutes at a time (maybe they're taking trash out?). Had a co-worker go down today for a coffee with an added shot of espresso. Was charged the full price only to later be told that the espresso machine had been cleaned and they're no longer serving espresso shots. Co-worker tried to get a refund for the espresso charge, but the girl said she couldn't get into the register since the manager was gone. The trade off ended up being a "free" donut. Service in the evenings used to be great. What happened?

::They literally had nothing, as in kitchen was closed, barely had any flavors for coffee and no lattes. My coffe quality was not good enough as well. Also, donuts had no fillings inside for jelly and Boston kreme.

::The service was rather quick considering the morning rush but the flavor and taste if everything is rather bland. The chicken was a bit over cooked and the croissants felt a bit on the burnt side. Over all though it was filling but the quality wasn't great.
