::If youāre just looking to get an iced coffee drink, this location is fine, but do not order food here. Everything that they claim is ābaked fresh everydayā is stale and likely a few days old at best. Was served the stalest and most pathetic everything bagel (with all of the toppings scraped off) and driest egg Iāve ever seen and had the unfortunate experience of tasting, and then argued with by the person answering the phone that it was baked fresh just hours earlier. Iāll be sure to skip this location in the future.

::Donāt like this place they are rude and donāt even try to make things easier for Uber drivers. They donāt own up to their mistakes and try to correct it. They have bad customer service. Like I ask for napkinsā¦. But why did they give them to me all crumpled up like that???? And was told by the Uber driver for Uber eats that they were giving him a hard time. Iām assuming he was asking for a bag the food. And didnāt give it him? But yea he was struggling to give me everything. I told him I would go to his car and help bring it in. Lol I know it doesnāt look like a lot. And Iām not trying to knit pick. Iām just trying to let them know that they should be nice to their customers whoās ordering from themā¦. And the last time I left a review about them on the Uber eats app they would cancel my orderā¦. Purposelyā¦.. Instead of owning up to their mistakes and just trying to actually get their customers order correctly. Like Iāve worked in the food industry and have worked at a fast paced place. Iāve also worked as a barista and if I messed up on someoneās order I would correct it. Not hard at all. And if a customer left a review how to make the service betterā¦ I didnāt get mad about because guess what. Itās to make customer service better for the customers. And also helped me become a better barista. ā¦ā¦..

::My fiancĆ© ordered a āpumpkin cream cold brewā but instead we received a regular cold foam and plain whipped cream, Iād understand if they didnāt have the pumpkin flavoring and just told us straight up. But they just gave it to us hoping we wouldnāt notice. Next time tell our employees to inform customers of low or out of stock items.
