  Moved near location about seven years ago, and within the past 3 to 4 years has gotten worse and worse. Drive-through is horrible. Always getting orders wrong. And they will not take a new order until the one before is fulfilled. For some reason it feels like they can’t multitask or take an order correctly. Very disappointed. On top of it all, female staff is very unprofessional and have horrible attitudes.

  Took over 15 minutes for a simple order....only to wait another 5 for them to hand me the untoasted bagel bites they forgot from my order. They looked at me like I was crazy waiting for the rest of my order and have no sense of urgency. They were too busy talking and ignoring customers. The order was still wrong and told the rest of the drink order couldnt be made because they couldnt make frozen drinks....after 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. This place needs new employees who at least try to get your order correct.

  One of the worse Dunkins you can go to . Employees don't acknowledge you at drive thru and have attitudes. You will be lucky if you get someone with the mental acuity to figure out which side of the cup the lid goes on

  Food was good, employees were as energetic as one is in the morning. But the atmosphere felt like I was eating breakfast in a hospital cafeteria. The walls were boring and the decorations were almost non existent. It would be better if there were at least fall decorations or the basic dunkin posters.

  Sells donuts and coffee. Exceeded my expectation w the black coffee. Crew could’ve been more polite.
