::The manage gives keys out to coustomers when others are in the restroom. The workers don't wash their hands after touching the restroom or dirty tables. This leads me to believe the donut and bagel trays are not cleaned Coffee cups have bacteria on them And the sanitation in the back is probly horrible They are over priced for what they sell The managers do what they want Workers steal food and drinks for friends and family In my pass dealings being a manager a person who steals from a company usually does not care for their coustomers either The owner only checks on the business when he gets a complaint Don't support this restaurant one for your health and to so this franchise doesn't keep doing what it wants just because corporate doesn't want to get involved in its own company

::The mobile order was ready as I walked in the door. The in-store purchase, a specialty drink, with all of the whip cream and toppings you can fit, looked exactly like the photo and was quite delicious. Today’s visit was both efficient and decadent.

::What a horrible experience this morning. Ordered 2 lattes, was told nothing, standing waiting for 15 minutes, asked the status, was told one more minute. 4 people standing around a latte machine in the back with blank stares on their face clearly there’s something wrong with it (which would have been fine had they not lied about it and strung me along for 15+ minutes). I requested a refund so I could leave and upon doing that, the employee reveals that the latte machine is in fact broken. The woman then has difficulty processing a refund on the system. A nightmare. Never again.

::The other day I ordered coffee, when I got my order it was incorrect. I went back in and told the person who made it. The shift manager came over and proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I understand flavored drinks are sweet but you could taste the added granulated sugar which I did not ask for. The manager was yelling and very argumentative repeatedly telling me I was wrong and he was right. I left with no refund or coffee. So they took my money yelled at me and didn't give me a coffee that I paid for. I called corporate and they said I would here back. I have not heard back, it has been several days now. Not good customer service at all!
