::I think his name is Richard. Every time I come to this Dunkin he and the lady at the drive thru window have the worst attitudes. Every time I try to activate my offers on my Dunkin page he rolls his eyes and ignores me when I ask him questions as to what he’s doing with my phone when he grabs it out of my hand, instead of simply showing how to make the process easier. And the majority of the time my order is completely wrong anyway. Worst Dunkin.

::This Dunkin is very unprofessional. The employees are constantly inviting friends in, and doing inappropriate activities while working. For instance driving around the parking lot during shifts, and talking bad about customers. As well as this bad behavior, they never communicate to customers when their online order is sold out. If I hadn’t asked about it I would’ve walked out paying for food I didn’t get. Also the wait for food can take a very long time, and the employees often forget about orders. All of these examples have happened multiple times with multiple employees. On the other hand the food is fine, occasionally a bad batch, but that is no excuse. I can’t stress to you enough, do not eat here unless you are ready for an immature service experience.

::Tried bacon avocado toast this morning! Got a smudge of avocado spread and 4 tiny pieces of bacon. See for yourself. This is nothing as advertised. @dunkindonuts please pay attention to the way your products are actually delivered at the coffee shops.
