  I'm being generous with two stars. Homeless guy in the lobby $1.75 for a donut that's worth 75 cents. Sandwich was good but this place is getting overpriced and do not want my family walking into a place that has shady people in it

  Wait inside too long to order there too focused i guess in the window orders dont look to clean glass doors nasty

  Definitely DO NOT go here if you ever are thinking about it…each time i’ve been the line is LONG, the employees look lost, just as the manager…and they get the order wrong 80% of the time. Save your time, don’t go here. I literally waited in line for 40 min!!!! No customer service at all. I will say there was ONE person working the front and he was trying the hardest he could, with acknowledging of the wait (thank you!) All in all still don’t go lol

  Same order - three different consistencies - only one with acceptable espresso. This is every time at this Danbury Dunkin. That is when they don’t claim the “machine is down.” With Starbucks closer to my office, I’m officially done donating money for no produce.
