  They never showed for appointment that was scheduled for 10:30 AM -- I called them about 12 -- said they would call me this afternoon -- Now 5:30 - no call - no show -- waited the whole day -- I feel if there was a problem and they couldn't make it -- at least be courteous and give a call --

  Guy named "Rob" left sheetrock dust all over the laundry room, my laundry, and tracked it out of the laundry room onto the carpet. Astonishingly lazy and sloppy work considering there was a dustpan broom and garbage can 5 feet from where he was working. Now after I just got done working a 12 hour day I get to come home and clean up this mess. Thanks a lot Rob!

  They were very busy the week after an extreme cold spell, but worked with me and stopped by on a Friday evening to check my heating before another cold spell hit. They answered all of my questions, explained what they were doing, and charged a very reasonable rate.

  I love Dunigan. I have used them many times ( over 6 times in the past 2 years) - a few times on during off hours. Prompt. Courteous. reasonable rates. Friendly workers always/ I always feel satisfied with their fee- but not fleeced.
