  These guys charm the customers into a sense of security and comfort with them. The phony walks around with his tester as if he is really doing a diagnosis. You see this is the second time here for the same problem. He summons his help to the truck to fetch a part that one can buy at Home Depot 29.95 and charge near 100.00. He handed my relative the bill for another service call plus the engorged price for the part. So what cost almost 350.00 dollars could have been figured out by body with common sense 29.95 for the part and how much can labor be for 10 mins installation 75.00???How this guy sleeps at night taking money from seniors and those who don't know any better is disgusting. Sure Dundee comes in neat and clean. Polite soft spoken. Makes you feel like your uncle is there helping . Pure wolf in sheeps clothing.;;5
