  Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Helpful and professional throughout the whole process. The gentleman who handled my case was brilliant, he explained everything, what would happen, walked me through the whole procedure. communication was superb, both through phone and email. He was finally able to get 16 counts dismissed and reduced to an infraction. I'm happy with the result. I would recommend without hesitation.
