::The worst film developing experience ever. It took more than 20 minutes just to wait in line and pay with credit card. They have a few "visual consultants" there and you have to wait in line for them to be available to help you, which is not necessary at all. The price of film processing and scan is almost doubled compared to other ones at Soho.

::This place is more geared towards professionals. People that know what they want , and are willing to spend a little extra. The place is spacious and their photographic services caters to the everything you can think of for the working professional. I started coming here when labs started screwing up my work orders. These guys do the job without any fuss. Prices are clearly advertised online as well as printed. Place is really clean. Wether it's a display case , large format prints, to making inter negatives for platinum platinum printing, they do it all. They might cost more, but I found out that they cost a lot less than having to go back and redo a photo shoot Because an unprofessional lab screws up a job.

::Dangerous employees. I was riding bike, and was cut off by Duggal employee in pickup truck speeding down w24th st. Boycott this place
