  Staff is friendly, place is clean. But they need to be more on par with their sales. The fine print of the end date is to small. And needs to be more legible. I won’t be going down to the floor to read the small prints in the bottom shelf.

  Not the pharmacy but the store. Absolutely terrible employee attitude from the cashier.

  Pharmacy staff is excellent however check out line on ground floor is always a wait and always understaffed

  A relatively recently built location, this Duane Reade is always clean and almost everyone who works there is super friendly. The pharmacists (downstairs with the grocery and household items) are always willing to help - though sometimes they're busy and you'll have to wait a few minutes. The Pharm Techs are especially friendly and don't make it a chore to pick up prescriptions.

  I went to the on premises doctor here today and was REALLY disappointed. I have been to a Duane Reade doctor before (at the 42nd st. location) and had a good experience so I went back. Well, I shouldn't have gone here. The nurse/aid whatever was unfriendly and like a robot. No emotion, nothing. Meanwhile I am dizzy and sick and just want meds so I can go home and get better. When I went into see the actual doctor she was a miserable woman. Got mad at me for not being able to relax my tongue for the tongue depressor and then told me, "If you have to cough, don't cough in my face." Duh, thanks. She offered really no help and who knows how much I'll get charged even with insurance. I was in tears on my way home, because when you feel like crap and someone just gives you a blank stare and no compassion you feel even worse. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE DOCTOR. Unless you really have no other choice.
