  Horrible experience. The manager, Taj, was threatening, demeaning and misogynistic. He even made fun of the way I spoke, as an immigrant that is horrible. Do not shop there ! Luckily there’s plenty of alternatives to Duane Reade

  I arrived at the pharmacy 20 minutes before they closed and the pharmacist refused to fill my script (one single pack of birth control) and refused to give me a flu shot. I don’t suggest coming here.

  Was told by Fedex that items can be picked up there until 10 pm at night. Got there at 7:10pm. After driving over 1 hour in traffic going to this location to pick up my packages from Fedex and after waiting for over 15 minutes online the lady said that picked ups were only allowed until 7pm and that she wasn’t going to give out any more packages. The guy in front of the line told her he couldn’t come back ... she said she was going to make an exception and the lady in front of me and I stayed there thinking she was taking care of us all and after we waited another 10 minutes she told us she wasn’t going to give us our packages and to come back another time. I was very disappointed first of all there is never parking around the area and traffic police in that area carried magnifying glass waiting for people to park illegally for one second so they can give us a ticket. This lady was very heartless and not someone who will go of her way to help her clients. Not nice at all. Will never come her for any other transactions at all. They should put a sign there so we can read it upon arrival so this won’t happen to other customers.

  The pharmacy staff are always very accommodating.

  Never stocked and staff seems to be never on the floor.
