  I wish I could mark this place at 0 stars. I only kept going because of it's proximity to my work but not once, not twice but several times the pharmacy staff was rude to me, even laughed at my when I asked a question about vitamins. I've tried to fill prescriptions there several times and every time there was an issue and I was met with attitude. And basically every time i interacted with the pharmacy manager she gave me an extremely rude attitude. Never was polite let alone go out of her way to help. I thought of writing a review but didn't but after just now when she actually hung up on me as I was trying to figure out a prescription I figured I should. Just to steer people away from this store. Can't think of a more unprofessional experience in my life. Shame on her for making people feel less than. I strongly dissuade people from using their pharmacy services, there are many others in the are you should go to.

  This is your standard Duane Reade, but i'm compelled to write this review because the physicians behind the counter are absolutely horrible and unhelpful. They do not express any concern for you if you ask them for assistance with a problem. I work in the area, so I've been here many times, and this is comment is not specific to one particular physician staffer, but for all of them.

  Is there any negative review point? heck !!! i went again yesterday to buy something to eat during my lunch break. Most of the customer service people are bad. Specially there is an old white lady. She is so disgusting person. I don't really understand why don't the company hire more welcoming people? i think it is lack of good management. Rude and unprofessional customer service. And the manager doesn't care too, as long as he is paid his pay check properly!
