  Fancy location! It’s perfect for a quick bite or a sweet treat. They also have a huge make up department and an ATM on site.

  I honestly hope this pharmacy (not the upstairs store portion, which is just lovely) goes out of business. Of the 10+ times I've come to get prescriptions, it's never once worked seamlessly. You call the rx in, or fill it online. Then even call in to make sure it's ready. You show up and the pharm assistants look at you like your presence is ruining their day. Then they tell you the prescription was sent to another store, the online pharmacy, they filled the wrong dosage and don't have our dose, or god knows what. Or worse - they ask if it's possible you only thought you called, but didn't. You leave, frustrated, to get a call 10 minutes later that they made a mistake. They're going to kill someone with their mistakes one day. There used to be a great Duane Reade on Broadway & Canal that was closed. Complete tragedy.

  I find this store interesting even though they don't have much stock. The stuffs are friendly but slow. Pharmacy is well organized than other sections

  First off, an interesting architectural design for a Duane Reade (yeah, they probably didn't change it from the previous owners). Well stocked products. Not much staff last time I went. One cashier to handle 7 people.
