  This morning I came in for some essentials, benadryl, an umbrella, surge protector and a watermelon water. The watermelon water tasted rotten and when I looked at the "best by date" it said 5/20/2018. Today is the 27th. I'm walking around thirsty with a gross taste in my mouth. Thank you, duane reade.

  This place is awesome. Very Helpful Staff! Especially the Pharmacy and the Pharmacist JUAN went above and behind when I was having an issue with refilling my monthly prescription. I am very thankful! Thanks Juan!

  Absolutely atrocious male pharmacist. Sylvia the pharmacist recently left and now stuck with Juan..this guys will do ANYTHING to avoid lifting a finger...a favorite excuse is "the system is down, I can't do anything" Another is "Please hold" if you are calling, and don't expect that line to EVER be picked up again - he waits you out until you hang up. This guy SUCKS

  If your using this pharmacy remember to count your medication right there in the store. This month I was missing 5 pills of adderral. My mistake I counted them when I returned home. But who does that? Who counts their medication in the store? Unfortunately this is the 2nd time my medication has come up short.

  Everyone here is really friendly and helpful and they seem like they are having fun at their job! It's a small Duane Reade but has what you need. Manager helped me today with a defective product- it was a fast, hassle-free exchange. Thanks!
