  I bought two bottles of almond roca today when I came home open Bottle cover! the bottle had been opened and half almond roca is gone! It is disgusting!

  I have never posted a review for anything online, but my experiences here have been so terrible I needed to rate them 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Their pharmasuedical staff are rude, unhelpful, and will give you the wrong information. I asked them to call my doctor, they told me the office was closed. I called the office a minute later and immediately spoke to the receptionist. They've charged me for medications I get for free, telling me the only way I can get my pills is to pay for it and call my insurance company for a refund. I can name more instances, but I won't. Do your self a favor and call your medications in elsewhere.

  Large space and plenty of things. There is a lower level too. Purchased a few snacks and drinks here.

  The pharmacy staff is awful, I had recently moved to a job in the area and went in to ask how to move my prescription to this location, I was told it was no problem and I didn't need to do anything, they could transfer my prescription. What they didn't tell me is that by transfering my prescription it would forfeit all my refills and I'd need to have my Dr submit a new prescription. After filling the very first prescription on a brand new prescription they told me I had no refills, I called my Dr. They told me I did have refills. I went back to Duane Reade and asked them to check again, this time the pharmacist said they could see that the prescription had refills but that I forfeited them by getting it filled there. Why on earth she didn't tell me this the day before when I expressed dismay when she told me I had no refills and when she could see that it was a brand new prescription that she was filling I don't know. Either way they do try to helpful nor are they appologetic for giving misinformation and wasting your time.
