  The pharmacy wouldn't refill my medication. She told me my meds don't show up (basically that they weren't ordered). I know that's not the case because I had just called Callen Lorde pharmacy and they said my refill was in fact ready. The woman on the phone for this Duane Reade was very rude. Although I never had a problem before going to the store- after this incident I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

  Service can be slow and rude. Only slightly helpful.

  Better selection of goods for sale than most DuaneREADE locations.

  Lines are always long and it's always hot there. Availability of stock is not up to par.

  Love the place but honestly I've told the manager about the photo machine needs more privacy like turn it around or something. U have the line for the ATM machine so while your selecting your pictures everyone can see. Cvs and rite aid both have it where you're in your own little privacy like a booth. You guys need to think about changing it or I'll just call someone higher up.
