They do advertise Western Union services but after a long wait, the manager informed me that they cannot honor Western Union? I had to ask several times the cashier (who BTW tried constantly to avoid me) to get the manager to the front desk. Client centricity? Zero!

Pharmacy is a mess. Long lines, will not transfer prescriptions directly over from other pharmacies and lose track of refill requests.

No problems encountered with the employees. The problem is with the woeful lack of product on the shelves—seems like things are always sold out. Go to the DR at 106th, which is comparatively better stocked.

The rudest pharmacists ever! I have been here for about 10 times, there was not a single time that they got my prescription right. There was always something missing. I spent an hour here on average every time. The people were so rude! I wish I could give a zero star.

To the lady in Walgreens web-pickup desk, Here are some tips for you: 1. while you know the next customer is waiting to just get a web order pickup, and you are waiting for printers to print for 5 minutes, you could ask him what he need and save both of us some time, instead of not evening looking at him. 2. when you've done printing, it is ok to ask your customer what he needs now, don't be shy and keep ignoring them. 3. when he finally asks you for help, even though you don't like it, you don't need to throw his package on the table, he gets it from your eyes and tones already. 4. when he suggests you to work on your efficiency and attitude, don't just act like you don't give a s**t. ... original post: Why are cashiers so rude here? Couldn't they just be normal people? Are being rude making them happy or what? what???
