  Duane Reade employees seem to be actively trying to put themselves out of business. I called this store and asked if they have balloons and do they blow them up. The guy on the phone confirmed they did. I go to the store and the jackass clerk after reluctantly walking over to help tries to sell me the sample balloons they have in the store already blown up for days. And is surprised I don't want to buy them. Such incompetence and lack of service

  The place is great great especially the phamacy department. Any problems or questions ask Ana the head pharmacist and manager. The best, nicest, sweetest, cutest and most polite pharmacist in New York City. Thanks, Ismael "El Ishbo" Diaz

  This and all Duane Reade stores are the worst!!! Customer service is non-existent! Their prices are totally ridiculous. A complete rip-off!!!! I hate every aspect of Duane Reade. Give me CVS or Rite-Aide any day. This store including the pharmacists downstairs are the rudest and most unhelpful people I have encountered. Shut it down! P.S. I don't even want to give you 1 star... but without the star I can't post my feelings.;

  Convenient place open 24/7. Not too big but most products Duane Reade sells can be found here.
