  Pharmacist named Nina I think...very very rude. She may have very little self awareness but Nina, if you are reading this - try not to treat people with utter contempt and boredom - this will not serve you professionally or in life. Good luck

  Pharmacy operates in slow motion. Loses prescriptions, loses insurance info. Last 3 times I was there I waited 15 minutes+ despite being first or second on the line. 2 stars for being open 24 hours

  Very unprofessional, place and the pharmacist is very rude when you have to pick up a prescription they are very rude and don't know how to talk to people the lady threw my medicine on the table when I reached out my hand to grab it.

  I had an emergency and needed the particular type of band for my injury. There was the last package and it was open. Instead of 10 bands there was 7. First of all, it's negligence of the stuff to keep this type of product available. Second, when I brought it to cashier, the woman said "we can't sell it" without any apology or compassion. Horrible service

  Excellent Pharmacy,changed from CVS which is awful now.All other retail items other than pharmacy ARE cheaper at the Broadway & 71st st Duane Reade store which has a great pharmacy also,but the wait is longer-very busy pharmacy.Different owners could be for the drastic cost difference on the same retail items.By the way the Rite-Aid on Amsterdam between 69th & 70th is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.DON'T EVER USE IT.
