  I drop off a FedEx package at this location and the store employees/managment never gave in the package to the FedEx driver for pick up it's been 1 week and I now have an angree client that never received thier package. This will affect my business! I regret dropping off my package to this store or any Deane Reade in general. The employees are irresponsible on doing they're duties on handing over the packages to FedEx. FedEx needs to reconsider they're contract with Deane Reade they will lose business if not as already! I just like to say after calling Customers contact center for both Duane Reades & Fedex, both are putting the blame on eachother and none of the company's are taking responsibility at all for thier mistake. No way one has helped with expediting the package or any kind of help. These companies are a total joke. I would think twice if I were you using they're services. I yet haven't received an apology from neither companies.

  This was my go-to Duane Reade and I really liked the cashier staff! They were all super helpful and nice!!! I went there a couple of times a day and I always had to ask for something. Never had anyone showing me any attitude.

  Cashiers are very slow, when you call the store number always advertisement coming up.

  Went twice and asked the same Asian looking pharmacist. Her Attitude was terrible. Basically not helpful at all. As a sick person seeking for help I expect she could be more polite. It was even much more helpful to go to an Asian pharmacy store close by.

  Store is Nice and clean..staff gets a 3,, but the Pharmacy gets a 5+,, never a line,, clean, professional, and great pharmacists..
