I described a horrible situation that I have found myself in at the age of 41. I suffer from a form of terminal cancer and have been attempting to finish a 2006 Audi A3 for son. I am no longer capable of working on my car by my self so I thought that a modern obvious addition would be a great way to end. Their greed on e bay proved them to a model corporate horror. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion. I hope that others realize the greed that a company 60 miles away offers past customers. Pathetic

Chris did a great job for our motorcycle, he fixed the blown tire, and double checked some other work 'done' by East Avenue.. After East Avenue Auto Services 'pretended' they knew what to do with a motorcycle and my husband almost crashed when the tire gave out at the highway.

Worst experience ever. Don't have "Chris" work on your bike, work is shoddy and rushed. Couldn't believe the problems my bike had after he worked on it. These are just some of the worst: 1) Speedometer cable disconnected from speedo on the highway...had to fix on the side of the road on a trip to NH. They has taken apart the front end, then claimed that "nothing they did could make the cable come out". Bike NEVER had the cable removed, and this happened 2 days after I picked the bike up. 2) Pinched the gas line from the tank to carbs between tank and throttle cables - had to remove tank and reroute properly as gas flow was severely reduced. 3) Carbon fiber muffler was ripped off from lower rivets - and end cap installed improperly. Had to drill new holes and install extra rivets to hold muffler on as it came loose driving the bike the day after picking it up. 4) Both throttle cable housings were not properly installed onto carb bracket and came off bracket. All Chris had were excuses when I told him about the problems. NEVER NEVER EVER would let those guys touch my bike again.

Explained what was needed in detail, didn't try to scare me into doing anything not needed, finished in time (which was also earlier than I expected) and very fairly priced. I would strongly recommend.
