  A typical DSW with a wide selection of shoes for both men and women. Right on the Ellsworth pedestrian mall but the Wayne garage is directly behind it if you're driving in.

  I had ordered a pair of shoes online for pickup, because I don’t always have time to browse the store in person. I went to pick up my shoes today and the cashier didn’t ask for id, which was strange but showed me the correct pair of shoes and it didn’t cross my mind to further check as nothing seemed to be wrong. I got home later in the evening excited and took my shoes out to just examine them. When I did so, I noticed the bottoms were dirty as though they had already been worn... but these were new shoes to me how are they already dirty? The lack of care put into this makes me upset. I paid good money for a new pair of shoes, not a returned and dirty pair of shoes. Will be returning within the next few days.
