  Only like 4 people working there are nice and helpful. Last time I went in there was nobody there, and yet the woman behind the counter was rude and short with me and huffed at things I said. She even tried to get me to take something home that was clearly the wrong color from what I ordered. I have also had terrible customer service for their online and phone staff. Their selection of merchandise isn't good because they don't carry a wide variety of sizes for each shoe type, and I have opened purses to check them and they're stained inside! I will not be spending anymore money at any DSW because of the crappy that they've been pulling for over 3 months. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Edit: just closed my rewards account and they tried to not close it at first lol, good luck trying to get them to do anything for you

  This is a shop till you drop store lol. I love this store, don't mind spending hours there because it has wide variety whatever shoe you looking for am almost sure you will find it here. They have upstairs and downstairs and both big and full. Just take the whole day off so you can come here and see what it have to offer. Thank me later 😊 Great discount in store and you can go to dsw website for more discount, customer service is not bad at all. Am in love

  Nice store, big selection. They always send me coupons, which I try to use. I buy shoes for myself and for my adult son. Always a good selection of men shoes.
