  I went to this dry cleaner a few times with no problems, but on my 4th visit they ended up losing my clothing at the outsourced cleaners because the lady that took my clothes didn't tag them correctly. Over the next two months i called repeatedly, and walked in, only to be told that no progress had been made in the attempt to find my clothes and the lady at the desk kept saying she would just write me a check. but I could not understand because tracking people's clothes is your primary job. I ended up having to get in contact with the manager who attempted to help but took him several attempts and more of my obnoxious calling to get an effort in the end. after two months of trying persistently I finally got my clothes back. If it wasn't for one of the shirts being one of my favorites, I probably would've gave up along time ago. even those the closest drycleaner to my apartment, I'll never use them again.
