::I went on the morning or my bridal shower was a little disappointed- I originally wanted loose curls but was afraid because of the weather, I didn't want it to fall out and look messy, so I asked for extra volume and to flip my ends a little so it looked like it had been a little bit done. I walked out and felt like I spent $45 for something I could have done myself. I'm willing to give it another try with a different stylist. Hoping for different results.

::I have come here many times over the last couple of years, many times it's a hit or miss. The last time was a horrible miss. I bought two of my coworkers with me after saying what a great relaxing place it was. The stylist I had was new to me and I have never seen her there before. After asking me what I do for a living and hearing that I work in healthcare, she began to tell me how horrible nurses are because they are lazy, dumb and don't know how to take care of patients, and how much she hates the hospital I work for after telling me that's she's there "all the time". She made similar comments to me friends. she didn't care about the service she was providing me, didn't ask me if I wanted a drink and my hair came out horrible. My friends all had similar experiences- did not get any drinks, rude service and we did not like how our hair turned out, and had to redo it after leaving. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because of the few times I came where I had a great stylist-but again, it's hit or miss.

::I just returned home from Drybar and literally RE-showered/ washed my hair because it sucked THAT much. I don’t complain- I’ve never written any kind of review of this sort because I’m typically always satisfied. It was only my second time to this Drybar (definitely my last)- my first experience here was amazing. My stylist understood my vision and completely spent her time perfecting my hair. This time around, my stylist, Grace, literally botched my hair- which, by the way, is SO easy and manageable. My hair is naturally straight, with a slight wave, and it’s very long- probably an inch past my butt. This is important to know because Grace literally only spent 25 minutes to curl my entire head of hair (oh and I also have so much hair). First of all, my hair to straighten takes about 15-20 minutes. To curl, no less than 45 minutes does it take. I have a lot of hair, and it’s very long. I told her that because my hair is pretty much straight, and because of the weight of my hair from it’s length and how much I have of it, I asked her to apply an immense amount of hairspray. Not only did she not spray my hair as she went along, she forgot to spray it at the end...so if I hadn’t said anything, I would’ve walked out with no hair spray in my curls. Also, she spent literally, no joke- I counted- TWO seconds holding each strand of hair to the curling iron. Honey boo boo child, even I know (no hair expert) YOU SHOULD HOLD THE HAIR LONGER THAN THAT- ESPECIALLY when it’s as long and straight as mine, if you want the best/longest lasting curl. As you can tell I am livid. I not only wasted my money, but I wasted my time. I want my tip back. OH- and I asked for tea...never came. Classic.

::Great spot to just get your hair done. They focus on blowouts. Ask for Olga! She makes the styles last forrrever!!
