  Lost garmets twice. Owner cursed at me and refused to offer a solution. Also took a particular shirt back 3 times because they kept 'forgetting' the requested heavy starch. Again owner refused to make it right, then insisted I get out of his store. These people have no business operating in a nice place like Burleson. Don't use them if you care about your clothes and want to be treated with any amount of dignity. Worst experience ever as customer since moving to the DFW area 20years ago.

  They make up any excuse upon pickup to charge $4 to press a shirt. Beware...

  They are excellent. Always fast and efficient. Great service and best price in town. Don't forget coupons on their website!

  This place has the absolute worst customer service. The alterations were not completed on time, and after the second visit they were not ready. They were not pressed at all. I watched her pull them out of a bag, wadded up and wrinkled everywhere. The clerks were all smiling and laughing as if that was acceptable. No reimbursement was made. I will never be back, and I will not recommend.

  Quick service at a fair price. I've been using them since 2012 for dry cleaning and alterations they always have your stuff done ontime and do quality work. Highly recommended. My only advice for them is not to act so put off when a customer brings in a large amount items to be cleaned..... I always pick up my dry cleaning the next business day. But most all the employees working the drop off lane roll their eyes and mumble under their breath most of the times I bring in a large amount of clothes. I think it's kinda funny but some customers may not.. I still recommend them and won't go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs.
