::We went to the hotel with a group. The hotel was not very clean in my opinion compare to other hotels that I had stay in. It was convenient that they provide some of the meals. However, the breakfast was not homemade it was clear that the egg came from an egg powder and the sausage where frozen and heated for consumption. Many people from our group had problems opening the room doors and get look on multiple occasions. However, each time they were very nice when solving the issue. I think if you are in a group and want to maximize what to see in San Antonio and save money maybe it is good option for you. If what you are looking is time to relax and be away of your routine this is not a good place for that because it is often crowded.

::The rooms were very spacious and clean. Room has two televisions, a sofa, two queen beds and desk. It also had microwave, small fridge and sink. Everything was very clean and the location is great for UTSA, airport, and other northern locations in San Antonio.

::The hotel and staff were very nice. The elevators were extremely slow and I know this was largely due to the hotel being sold out during the weekend we were there. I appreciated the parking garage and the complimentary breakfast and kick back. The staff was extremely friendly during every interaction we had with them, even accommodating us for an accessibility room at the last minute by calling another guest and requesting that he changed his room type. Highly recommended.

::What a great stay and friendly staff. Nicholas and Ben constantly accommodated my family and I with all of our room changes without missing a beat. Can't wait to come back next time we visit San Antonio!!!!
