  Called initially for information and right off the bat the man who answered was short with me and kind of pushy. Not very helpful when you have a lot of questions and want to be sure you make the right decision. I have severe anxiety from PTSD and don't like feeling rushed or made to do something. I reluctantly made an appt (which I had no intention of keeping) only to be called by another staff member then questioned over and over why I didn't keep the appointment and when I'm coming in. Extremely unprofessional staff who had no idea how to be empathetic or sincere in the slightest. To me this place only cares about one thing $$$ absolutely no way to have or stay in business. Do not give them your business!!

  It was excellent service! Super quick and easy I didn't have an appointment, it was a Saturday they got me in same day about 20 minites later and I will hopefully get my card in 2 weeks. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me new recommendations for my condition which I am glad to say have already helped greatly. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know, and return when I need to renew my card.

  This review is mainly about Daniel‼️ I went in really early hoping to get seen sooner but it didn’t happen lol which was completely on me. I ended up having my appointment when my appointment was actually scheduled⏱. Daniel was very efficient extremely helpful was not rude whatsoever if i had any questions he made sure to answer that in a very polite manner. He also made sure that I was completely prepared before I see the doctor he made sure I had the correct paperwork he made sure all my paperwork was filled out completely correct made sure my address and everything was correct. He also made sure to take my picture so there was no delays. After I seen the doctor I went back out into the lobby and he helped me even further not just by taking my money as some people have said😡 but looking over my paperwork once more to make sure the address was correct he also gave me great advice about CBD oils. To ensure that everything went according to plan and that everything was OK he gave me his personal phone number that way I could contact him directly instead of calling the office and going through a huge hassle trying to figure out what was going on if I needed anything. It turns out that I did end up messaging him to make sure that He did have my picture for the card and my address was correct and he made sure that my address was correct because the state was trying to fix it in System which was my incorrect address... I have to admit that Daniel made my experience at this office 100% enjoyable and I extremely appreciate the time that he took to help me and NOT‼️ just take my money but also help me with questions that I had and made sure everything was correct in the system🔥💯... I have seen extremely bad reviews on him on Google and I did not experience any of those whatsoever he was very polite calm informative and professional I highly recommend going to see him if you are looking to get your medical card🌲🌲💳 💳..... p.s. i em a real patient there I was not paid to write this review I was not asked to write this review I wrote this review on my own in my own words. Thank you Daniel🙏 5 stars for sure 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Walk ins so it took a little while to be seen. But we were. The guy was very helpful and informative. The doctor finally diagnosed my s/o after years of not knowing what he had wrong with his knee. This was way more proficient then him having surgery to be given harmful opiates. Vibrant environment. Doctor seems a little stressed and over the place but besides that it was quick and easy. They recommended us to a wonderful chiropractor who is excellent at what he does. Will come back.
